What is the N30 Red Eye?
The N30 Red Eye is an avatar focus tool that helps you to control eye movement for your avatar or another avatar that you are photographing. To use the N30 Red Eye simply rez it at eye level and have your subject right click and edit it. You can then move the red eye and qatch your subjects eyes move. You can then click it to hide it.
To turn off those pesky white selection particles click CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + = (equal sign)
Note that if you have particles in your shot they will go away when you click CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + = (equal sign). This shortcut turn particles OFF.
Click the same shortcut to turn particles back ON,
CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + = (equal sign)
To turn off crosshairs when you are using the Red Eye for self photography, go to your SL menu above and select:
- Advanced > Debug Settings
- Locate “ShowCrossHairs” in the dropdown list.
- Set it to FALSE
- A relog may be required befor this setting takes effect.
- (as of 9-13-2008 this method is not working correctly in the viewer)
