Lighting System

There are currently eight (8) buttons on the left of the N30 Control Center. The 3rd one being the Individual Lighting Control button which sets the studios 30 panel display into lighting mode.  Easy access lighting can be found on the control center (light bulb icons).

• Studio Individual Lighting Mode – There are currently 8 buttons on the left of the N30 Control Center. The third one being the Lighting button which sets the studios 30 panel display into individual lighting mode.  Clicking this button will show the light set on the studios 30 panel display.
  • Individual Lighting Hue Control – Click on a light to select it on your panel.  Clicking on an area of the Hue Control Strip will change the lighting color of that light.
  • Individual Lighting Control – The lighting is very easy to control.  Simply click on the light on your control panel you would like to control.  Each click brightens that light in 10 steps, then turning it off once it is at its’ brightest.  Continue clicking it to brighten it again.
• Studio Mass Lighting Mode [***EASY***]– On the N30 Control Center there are 4 light bulb buttons.  Two large and 2 small light bulbs.  The 2 large on the left control all of the forward lights at once while the 2 small light bulb buttons on the right control the rear lights all at once.
  • The yellow light bulb turns them on.
  • The white light bulb turns them off.
  • The Rainbow/Hue button sets the set into hue mode allowing you to click on the Hue Control Strip to change the light color for the entire forward or rear set.
    Note this is according to the Basic Whites, Classic Black, and Silver skins.  If you have a different skin installed you may have different icons.  
• Lighting Configuration Presets – Sets the studio lights to predefined positions.  There are ten (10) predefined positions by default which can be modified in the studio settings notecard “++SETTINGS”.
• Directional Lighting Configuration Presets – Predefined light settings 6 through 10 provide powerful directional lighting.  You can set the preset, then control the lighting intensity by turning the forward lights on/off or rear  lights on/off or turn them all on for powerful high gamma light.  You can control them individually by clicking the individual light control button on the left on the N30 Control Center.  Don’t forget to try various color settings using the Hue Control Strip after selecting your light intensity.
