My friend keeps touching the canvas accidentally and changing the background!

Yes, this happens on occasion.  You may do it yourself, a griefer may do it or the person you are photographing may accidentally touch your canvas while you are working.  We have implemented a feature to lock turn the touch OFF on your canvas.

Solution

1. Touch your control box and select Settings.
2. Select More¦
3. Select Touch Off”
4. To turn canvas touch back on select Touch On
