My main account was canceled, suspended, or is not in use. Can you transfer my N30 product to my new account/avatar?
No. We have no way of verifying who is behind each avatar. Each account has its’ own inventory and must have its’ own N30 product. Often people will say, “I can prove that it’s me” and proceed to tell us about various conversations that we may have had in the past with the main account. However, this is not sufficient because anyone can share this information with a friend. So we absolutely do not provide “replacement” copies for alternate accounts.
